Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Slotwise runs on ManyChat, an official Meta Business Partner. It only replies to people who message you first, and never sends mass messages.
Will my clients know it's automatic?
It introduces itself as your booking assistant. Anything it can't answer is left for you, in your normal inbox.
Do I need to change my booking app?
No. The assistant sends people to the booking link you already use. Your calendar, deposits and reminders stay exactly where they are.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. You connect your account yourself with Instagram's official login button, and you can disconnect it any time.
Can I still answer DMs myself?
Of course. All messages stay in your Instagram inbox. When you reply yourself, the assistant steps back for that chat.
